Abu Dhabi Customs, India discuss digital trade corridor

Abu Dhabi Customs focused on enhancing supply chain efficiency and developing a secure, fully digital trade corridor via the MAITRI platform a release stated. Both Abu Dhabi and India discussed system integration, data exchange, and streamlined customs procedures to support faster clearance and reduce trade costs. The collaboration supports the UAE’s efforts to modernise cross-border trade and align with its economic development goals. The objective was also to explore stronger bilateral customs cooperation and digital integration.
