The Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED) has signed an MoU with Keeta to improve food delivery and logistics in the emirate. The deal will enable data sharing, technical cooperation, and knowledge exchange to help track operations, delivery performance, and market trends in the food logistics sector.

Lucas Xie, General Manager of Keeta UAE, said the agreement “connects real operational realities with better decision-making across the food delivery, transportation, and logistics sectors,” highlighting the role of data in making food supply chains more efficient.

The partnership aims to support more efficient and reliable food distribution across Abu Dhabi. By analysing Keeta’s operational data, ADDED can identify challenges, optimise delivery routes, and develop policies that strengthen the food logistics network. The collaboration also seeks to improve services for consumers and support SMEs operating in food delivery and related logistics.

As part of the MoU, ADDED and Keeta will hold workshops and training sessions to build skills in data analysis, logistics planning, and sector-specific insights. This will help companies manage inventory, streamline delivery processes, and respond to changing market demands more effectively. The initiative reflects Abu Dhabi’s push for a data-driven, resilient food logistics sector that can support growth, efficiency, and a better customer experience.
