Agility Global has opened a new logistics park in Jeddah, marking a US$ 166 million investment to boost Saudi Arabia’s supply chain capabilities. The 576,760 sqm site features six Grade-A warehouses designed for sectors including retail, e-commerce, automotive, technology, and energy. Strategically located just 11 km from Jeddah Islamic Port, the park aims to enhance efficiency, speed, and sustainability for businesses in the kingdom’s western trade corridor.

“The continuous investments from local and global private-sector players in Saudi Arabia’s logistics and supply chain sector underscore the sector’s attractiveness and growth,” said Saleh bin Nasser Al Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistic Services.

Developed in partnership with the State Properties General Administration, the park is part of Saudi Arabia’s broader push under Vision 2030 to modernise logistics infrastructure and strengthen the nation’s role as a global trade hub. Agility’s Chairman, Tarek Sultan, emphasised that the project connects to national trade corridors and complements the Saudi Landbridge initiative, reflecting the company’s long-term commitment to the region. The Jeddah facility joins Agility’s existing advanced logistics parks in Riyadh and Dammam. Riyadh’s park is also undergoing a SAR250 million expansion, adding 100,000 sqm of Grade-A warehousing.

Agility Logistics Parks CEO Michel Saab highlighted that the new Jeddah park is designed to accommodate industrial growth and the surge in e-commerce, while being data-center-ready to support digital infrastructure. The company’s investment is expected to create jobs, develop local talent, and reinforce Saudi Arabia’s position as a regional and global logistics hub.
