Group Amana has won a contract from DP World to build a multi-tenant warehouse project at Jafza in Dubai. The development will cover 141,916 sqm and include 187 units across seven blocks. It will have warehouses, light industrial spaces, a retail shop, a mosque, and full utility services.
The project is expected to expand storage and distribution space in one of the region’s busiest trade hubs. More warehouse units mean companies can store and move goods more easily, helping reduce pressure on existing facilities. This is important as demand for logistics space continues to grow.
For businesses, the multi-tenant setup allows smaller and mid-sized firms to access ready warehouse space without building their own sites. This can lower costs and speed up operations. It also supports faster delivery and better inventory management.
The development will also improve how goods move through Jafza by adding modern infrastructure. Better planned facilities can help reduce delays, improve handling, and support smoother supply chains.
