Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANCFZ) has signed an MoU with DIFC Courts to help trade and logistics companies resolve disputes faster, reduce delays, and keep cargo moving smoothly across borders.
The deal gives companies in the free zone access to DIFC Courts services like mediation, small claims, and enforcement. This means problems such as payment issues, contract disputes, or shipment delays can be handled more quickly, without long legal processes.
For the logistics sector, this improves day-to-day operations. Faster dispute resolution reduces cargo hold-ups, avoids extra costs, and keeps supply chains running on time. It also helps companies plan better, as they face less uncertainty when dealing with partners in different countries.
The partnership also makes it easier for international traders to work with UAE-based firms. Clear and trusted legal systems give more confidence when signing contracts and moving goods across markets.
As trade volumes grow, reliable legal support is becoming more important. This move helps create a more stable business environment, where logistics companies can operate with fewer risks and more predictable outcomes.
