Aramex has launched a new AI-first global data foundation to enhance its logistics operations across more than 70 countries. The platform, built on Google Cloud, creates a “Single Source of Truth” that brings real-time intelligence to every part of Aramex’s network. This digital transformation aims to improve operational efficiency, enable faster decision-making, and support smarter, data-driven logistics.

Françoise Russo, Aramex’s Chief Technology Officer, said the platform allows the company to predict, adapt, and deliver faster than ever. The AI-first architecture positions Aramex as a technology-driven logistics leader, improving efficiency and reliability across its global operations.

The initiative is built on three strategic pillars: high-speed data processing, agility to adapt to changing market demands, and advanced analytics for real-time insights. By moving away from legacy systems to a modern Lakehouse architecture, Aramex can unify information from last-mile delivery, warehousing, and corporate strategy, ensuring every team works with consistent, reliable data.

This transformation also strengthens supply chain predictability and transparency. Leadership teams can access real-time analytics to make faster, more informed decisions, while operational teams benefit from automated insights powered by Agentic AI. The platform is designed to handle complex regulations and data residency requirements across the company’s global network, making it future-ready and scalable.
