DHL eCommerce acquires stake in AJEX Logistics Services

DHL eCommerce has completed acquisition of a minority stake in AJEX Logistics Services. AJEX will operate under the brand AJEX, a partner of DHL eCommerce, Pablo Ciano, CEO of DHL eCommerce. The partnership marks a key milestone in DHL’s expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s fast-growing parcel market aligned with Vision 2030 and AJEX’s growth across the Middle East, he added. DHL will join AJEX’s management board and holds the option to increase its stake to a majority position in the future. “The customer-centric approach and regional presence of AJEX will enable us to deliver reliable, affordable and sustainable parcel solutions across the region,” he added.
