DHL Express, Octopios simplify cross-border logistics in MENA

DHL Express has signed a strategic partnership with Octopios to streamline international logistics for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the MENA, said Mahmoud Hajj Hussein, Country Manager, DHL Express UAE. The agreement, signed in Dubai, integrates DHL’s global delivery network into Octopios’s platform, enabling businesses to manage shipping, customs clearance, and delivery in one place. The move aims to remove key barriers such as complex paperwork and fragmented shipping options. Octopios has also joined DHL’s GoGreen Plus programme, using SAF to support low-carbon deliveries, in line with the UAE’s push for greener trade logistics.
