SEGRO plc, a UK-based logistics and industrial property company, has signed a new lease agreement with DP World for a 220,000 sq ft logistics facility at SEGRO Park Coventry. The move marks a further expansion of DP World’s operations at the site.
The new facility adds to DP World’s existing 600,000 sq ft footprint at the park, reflecting growing demand for modern logistics space and efficient supply chain operations. The site will support DP World’s logistics activities and strengthen regional distribution networks.
SEGRO develops, owns, and manages logistics parks and warehouses across the UK and Europe, providing flexible space for companies involved in transport, distribution, and supply chain services. SEGRO Park Coventry is one of its key logistics developments and plays an important role in supporting large-scale operations.
Once fully occupied, the park is expected to support around 5,000 jobs, making it a major employment hub for the area. Sustainability is also a focus, with more than half of current employees commuting using sustainable transport options.
The expansion highlights continued investment in logistics infrastructure and long-term partnerships aimed at supporting business growth while delivering economic and community benefits.
