Dubai Chambers has signed an agreement with Trendyol to help Dubai-based SMEs expand their e-commerce operations. The partnership will provide businesses with seller onboarding, training and support covering product listings, stock management, pricing and online sales.

The move could help more SMEs shift from traditional sales to digital channels while improving how they manage orders and inventory. As online sales grow, businesses also need stronger systems for storing products, processing orders and arranging deliveries.

The training will include e-commerce operations, advertising and performance tracking. Better management of stock and orders can help SMEs improve coordination between their online stores, warehouses and delivery partners.

Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said: “Supporting the growth and competitiveness of Dubai’s SMEs remains a key priority for Dubai Chambers. Our partnership with Trendyol will help businesses expand their presence across e-commerce channels, strengthen their digital capabilities, and access new opportunities for growth. By connecting SMEs with specialised platforms, practical training, and tailored support, we are continuing to enhance an enabling business environment that helps companies of all sizes scale and succeed.”

The shift towards e-commerce can also create more demand for logistics services such as warehousing, fulfilment, last-mile delivery and returns management. For smaller businesses, access to established e-commerce platforms can reduce some of the barriers to entering online markets and managing larger order volumes.

Since launching in the UAE in 2023, Trendyol has onboarded more than 15,500 regional sellers. The new partnership will give more Dubai-based SMEs access to its e-commerce platform and related support, potentially strengthening the link between digital sales and logistics operations.
