Dubai Customs has launched its AI-driven ‘Voice of Customer’ platform aimed at altering the trade, logistics, and supply chain ecosystem. The platform collects and analyses real-time feedback from multiple channels, including call centres, emails, social media, and the Dubai Customs website, providing actionable insights to improve service efficiency and trade facilitation, said Matar Al Muhairi, Director, Client Happiness, Dubai Customs. He highlighted the platform enables businesses across shipping, logistics, and trade sectors to report challenges and suggest improvements, streamlining customs procedures and accelerating cargo movement. By applying predictive analytics, the system identifies emerging needs and prioritises operational improvements, allowing faster decision-making at leadership levels. The initiative also boosts operational efficiency through workflow automation, reducing manual tasks, lowering costs, and enabling faster processing of shipments. By integrating AI into customs operations, Dubai Customs is driving smarter trade management, improving supply chain responsiveness, and reinforcing the emirate’s position as a seamless, technology-driven logistics and trade hub.
