Dubai Customs unveils ‘Shahin’ for seamless logistics

Dubai Customs unveiled Shahin initiative to integrate seamless logistics facilitation, providing real-time tracking, instant alert, easy installation, and secure shipments. Engineer Adel Alsuwaidi, Director of Technical Support Dept., Dubai Customs in a recent interview, said, “There are a lot of initiatives from Dubai Customs, integrating blockchain. Today, we launched Shahin, this is one of the initiatives and the call number, the toll free number which is 800-1886 that will help and assist the transparency among all our business sectors and to sort out any challenge might face in logistic and trade facilitation.”
