Dubai Police expands logistics with 88 projects

Dubai Police is strengthening its logistics support system through 88 infrastructure projects, with 65 already completed and 23 currently underway. The projects focus on improving logistics operations, asset management and support services to enhance the efficiency of police operations.
The upgrades include facility development, smart technology adoption and improved resource management systems. These initiatives are aimed at creating a more efficient logistics network, supporting better planning and ensuring the availability of operational resources.
Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander in Chief of Dubai Police, said that developing the logistics support system and accelerating the adoption of artificial intelligence across operational processes are key to strengthening institutional readiness and delivering innovative logistics solutions.
The General Department of Logistics Support achieved a 99% planning efficiency rate in resource and asset management during 2024 and 2025. Dubai Police is also working on integrating artificial intelligence into logistics processes to improve facility management, asset tracking and service delivery.
The ongoing projects are part of efforts to modernise logistics infrastructure, improve operational coordination and strengthen support systems. The department is also implementing sustainable solutions in facilities and resource management to improve efficiency across its logistics operations.
