Dubai South is helping logistics companies operate more smoothly by introducing new incentives such as easier licensing, renewal support, and waivers on late fees within its Free Zone. The measures are designed to reduce delays and simplify processes for freight, warehousing and distribution firms. This allows logistics operators to focus more on cargo movement, storage and delivery, improving speed and efficiency across supply chains.

Nabil Al Kindi, Group CEO of Dubai South, said, “Dubai South remains committed to supporting our business community by introducing measures that facilitate growth and continuity.”

By cutting administrative steps, the initiative helps companies reduce downtime linked to renewals and setup, which is important for firms handling regional cargo flows and time-sensitive shipments.

The changes also strengthen Dubai South’s role as a logistics hub connected through air, land and trade networks. This integrated setup supports smoother movement of goods and better coordination between transport modes.

For logistics players, the incentives are expected to improve operational flexibility and make it easier to scale services based on demand.

Dubai South said the move supports business continuity and aims to keep operations efficient across its ecosystem. The step is expected to add momentum to logistics activity in the Free Zone and enhance overall supply chain performance in the region.
