Emsteel Group has signed an agreement with Metal Park to enhance steel supply chain efficiency and modernise logistics across the UAE, said Vahid Fouladkar, CEO, Metal Park. The partnership will centralise storage, streamline distribution, and bring steel products closer to end-users, improving speed to market and enabling faster local delivery and exports. This marks a significant step in creating a more resilient and integrated steel supply chain in the region.

“By combining infrastructure, services, and collaboration in one environment, we enable partners like Emsteel to deliver greater efficiency across the steel supply chain,” he added.

In the first phase, Emsteel will use Metal Park’s centralised fulfilment hub to optimise logistics, storage, and dispatch. By positioning steel products within a single, strategically located hub, fabricators can access ready-to-dispatch materials without delays, reducing handling time and improving operational efficiency.

The second phase introduces value-added steel processing, including cut-to-length, punching, and drilling of structural steel components. This service-centre model, common in Europe but new to the Middle East, allows fabricators to minimise machining and preparation costs, focusing instead on higher-value activities such as design and assembly.
