Etihad Cargo launches global Excellence Hub

Etihad Cargo has unveiled the Etihad Cargo Excellence Hub, the air cargo industry's first training academy run by an airline. The online platform aims to train Etihad Cargo staff and stakeholders worldwide, ensuring consistent safety, compliance, and operational standards across its global network. The move comes at a time when the company is expanding its services and partnerships, while focusing on maintaining reliability and high-quality customer experiences.


Stanislas Brun, Chief Cargo Officer at Etihad Airways, said: “The Etihad Cargo Excellence Hub ensures our global partners operate to the same safety, compliance, and service standards. As we grow, consistency becomes a competitive advantage and directly supports the customer experience we commit to deliver.”


The Excellence Hub offers both mandatory and elective courses covering operating procedures, products and services, safety and compliance modules aligned with international regulations, and industry-certified programmes delivered with accredited institutions. It also provides targeted soft skills training to improve customer engagement and professional growth. By standardising training across regions, the platform ensures all partners and staff follow the same procedures and service standards, strengthening operational consistency and risk management.


The hub is positioned as a key pillar in Etihad Cargo’s strategy to uphold safety, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting global growth and professional development in the air cargo sector.
