GWC expands UAE network with two new subsidiariesGWC Group has expanded its UAE operations with two new subsidiaries, a partnership with Meydan Free Zone and a growing Quick-Commerce network. The logistics group is also expanding its operations in Oman and Saudi Arabia, as it builds more regional options for customers moving goods across the GCC.

During the first half of 2026, GWC operated multimodal routes linking Qatar with the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain. These included sea-land and air-land options, with a TIR-enabled route through Hamad International Airport.

The expanded network gives businesses more options to move and distribute goods across regional markets, particularly when individual trade routes face disruption. It also supports supply chain continuity by linking Qatar-based customers with logistics facilities and services in neighbouring GCC markets.

In the UAE, the group’s operations are based at National Industries Park, while its new subsidiaries will serve commercial trading and energy sectors. In Saudi Arabia, GWC has opened a Grade-A ambient cross-docking facility in Jeddah, while its Oman operations cover freight, contract logistics, cold chain and cross-border services.
