Etihad Cargo reported a 9% year-on-year revenue growth in the first half of 2025, supported by higher yields, expanded capacity, and demand for premium products, said Stanislas Brun, Chief Cargo Officer, Etihad Airways. The carrier expanded its freighter fleet with the addition of a Boeing 777 from Atlas Air, increasing global capacity by 8 per cent. Etihad Cargo also advanced its partnership with China’s SF Airlines through a metal-neutral joint business agreement, introducing a Shenzhen–Abu Dhabi service and expanding Abu Dhabi–Ezhou frequencies, raising weekly capacity between the carriers to 630 tonnes. Service quality improved significantly, with the Delivered As Promised rate up 89.6 per cent year-on-year, he added.
