Etihad Cargo’s organisational structure altered for biz growth





Etihad Cargo has announced a major transformation change in its organisational structure to assist business development, elevate customer experience and push for a continued growth in the cargo and logistics sector. The newly formed structure will enable the carrier to closely connect with the customers and their specific needs. Etihad Cargo’s global network will now be divided into four regions, which will be managed by newly appointed directors. The four regions are South Asia and Oceania, Northeastern Asia, Europe and Americas, and Africa, Middle East and CIS. Etihad Cargo aims to develop its Customer Experience Department, which will implement customised customer-centric solutions to the customers’ satisfaction. In addition, Etihad Cargo is determined to strengthen its sales team as well specifically focusing UAE market, looking at the unprecedented growth of demand in the logistic sector. “Etihad Cargo is committed to building strong partnerships to achieve mutual growth and success.
