Fast Logistics has started a weekly air freight service connecting the UAE with Lagos and Kano in Nigeria. The new route is designed to move commercial goods, e-commerce shipments, and time-sensitive cargo between the two countries.
The service adds more regular air cargo capacity between the UAE and West Africa, a trade lane that has seen rising demand in recent years. It also improves access for businesses shipping goods into Nigeria’s major commercial hubs, where logistics demand continues to grow.
By offering a fixed weekly schedule, the service aims to make shipping times more predictable for traders and e-commerce companies. This can help reduce delays and improve planning for imports and exports, especially for smaller businesses that depend on reliable air freight links.
The UAE acts as a major global logistics hub, while Nigeria is one of the largest consumer markets in Africa. Stronger air connectivity between the two countries supports wider trade flows between the Middle East and West Africa. The new route is also expected to support faster movement of urgent cargo, helping sectors such as retail, technology, and general trade improve supply chain efficiency.
