Foundation for a new logistics park laid in KSA

Mawani and CMA CGM have launched a new logistics park at Jeddah Islamic Port in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with a total area of 130,000 square metres and an investment value nearing SAR 487 million. Omar Hariri, President, Mawani, said, “The new park supports the development of a sustainable maritime transport system in line with Vision 2030. Mawani’s pursuit to achieve the goals of the national strategy for transport and logistics services is to set up logistics parks inside and outside the ports, reinforcing the KSA’s position as a global logistics centre and a hub connecting three continents and raising the Kingdom’s ranking in global indicators.”
