GCC launches unified customs data platform with Malomatia

The GCC Customs Union Authority has partnered with Malomatia to launch a unified digital platform for customs data exchange across member states. The platform will enhance real-time coordination, risk analysis and regulatory compliance among customs authorities, designed to streamline cargo flow and accelerate clearance processes. It aims to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce delays, and support the GCC’s broader goal of regional trade integration. Dr Suleiman bin Masoud Al Ghafri, Executive Director of the GCC Customs Union Authority,said, “It supports Gulf customs integration and consolidates the region’s position as a cohesive economic bloc in trade and logistics at both regional and global levels.” Malomatia CEO Khalid bin Mohamed Al Kubaisi stated, “The customs data exchange platform will offer integrated technical solutions that connect stakeholders, accelerate customs clearance, and ensure seamless data flow.”
