GFH has signed a Head of Terms with Gulf Warehousing Company (GWC) to develop 200,000 square meters of Grade ‘A’ logistics in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Under the agreement, GFH will finance and manage the construction, while GWC will oversee technical development and serve as the anchor tenant. This partnership supports KSA’s Vision 2030 to expand logistics infrastructure and position the Kingdom as a global logistics hub. “Our collaboration with GWC marks a step in advancing KSA’s logistics infrastructure. By combining GFH’s financial strength and focusing on the logistics sector with GWC’s logistics prowess, we are confident this development will cement the Kingdom’s position as a logistics leader in the region,” Razi Almerbati, CEO, GFH Capital S.A, said.
