GFH Bank and OCTO Management have agreed to develop a $300 million logistics and industrial real estate platform across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The plan is aimed at increasing supply of warehouses, distribution centres and industrial facilities in both markets, which are seeing higher demand due to e-commerce growth, manufacturing expansion and stronger regional trade flows. The project is expected to help improve storage and distribution capacity, making supply chains more efficient across the GCC.

The platform will focus on development of large warehouses, cold storage units and industrial parks, with a mix of projects built for specific tenants and those developed for broader leasing. It will target areas where demand for logistics space is rising, especially near trade corridors and major transport hubs.

The initiative comes as companies in the region look for faster and more reliable delivery networks, driven by the growth of online retail and efforts to localise production. More modern logistics infrastructure is seen as key to reducing transport delays and improving regional trade competitiveness.

Luay Ahmadi, Managing Director - Global Head of Institutions at GFH Bank, said the logistics sector in Saudi Arabia and the UAE is supported by strong long-term demand and infrastructure growth. OCTO Management said the partnership will help channel investment into high-quality industrial assets across both countries.
