Gulfnav, Brooge Energy ink deal to boost UAE energy logistics

Gulf Navigation (Gulfnav) and Brooge Energy have signed an AED 3.2 billion acquisition agreement aimed at strengthening energy logistics in the UAE, informed Ahmad Kilani, Board Member and CEO, Gulfnav. This partnership aims to make Gulfnav by expanding its storage, terminal, and related infrastructure capabilities.  “This signing marks a pivotal moment in our growth journey. This is more than an acquisition; it is a strategic integration that will allow us to unlock new opportunities in the energy logistics space.
