The new 7,450 sqm facility in Al Ghail Industrial Zone will boost production and improve storage and distribution to meet rising demand for insulation materials.

Hira Industries Operations Director – Middle East & Africa, Umesh Unni, said "With this expansion, we are well-positioned to enhance our production capabilities and serve key markets with greater agility," he said.

The site will produce thermal and acoustic insulation under the company’s Aerofoam and Aerosound lines, with capacity rising to over 500,000 square metres per month. For logistics, the addition of a warehouse alongside the factory helps reduce handling time and improves inventory management. This allows faster movement of goods from production to delivery, which is important for construction projects that depend on timely supply.

The expansion is also expected to create more than 100 jobs, adding to industrial activity in the emirate. With both manufacturing and storage in one location, the company can better manage supply flows and respond more quickly to regional demand.

Ras Al Khaimah has been seeing steady growth in its industrial zones, with more manufacturers expanding capacity. Such developments support local supply chains by reducing reliance on imports and improving the availability of building materials across the UAE and nearby markets.
