IATA announces focus areas for Aviation Day MENA in Jeddah

IATA has revealed its upcoming Aviation Day MENA 2025 will centre in on key industry topics, including digitalisation, airspace management, sustainability, modern airline retailing, and future skills, Kamil Alawadhi, Regional Vice President for Africa and Middle East, IATA, said. The event will take place in Jeddah between 6 and 7 May.  “Aviation is a catalyst for economic and social development. This will be the first Aviation Day MENA to take place in KSA. It is fitting that the event is being held in a country where aviation is recognised as a critical enabler of economic growth and modernisation,” he added.
