JetBlue Cargo pact with Americas GSA to enhance operations

Americas GSA has formed a partnership with JetBlue Cargo, starting in February 2023 for Florida and extending to Puerto Rico on June 1, 2024. This collaboration aims to boost JetBlue’s cargo services on domestic routes from Florida and beyond. Americas GSA will utilise ECS Group’s Augmented GSSA model to support JetBlue’s network, enhancing domestic and global cargo operations. This model offers solutions not provided by GSAs, such as interline pacts and new commodity management. “By expanding our operations within the USA market, we are opening new avenues for growth and innovation in cargo services. JetBlue will benefit from the support of ECS Group alongside Americas GSA in Florida,” Adrien Thominet, Executive Chairman, ECS Group, said. “We have built a relationship with JetBlue’s management over the years, and this contract is the culmination of our collaborative efforts. We are committed to supporting JetBlue in expanding its cargo operations and exploring new opportunities to enhance their service offerings,” Pablo Canales, CEO, Americas GSA, said.
