Karwa Motors and Mwasalat have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at improving logistics, automotive operations, and transport efficiency in Oman. The partnership focuses on better supply coordination, vehicle operations, technical support, and logistics planning, helping both companies streamline operations and support the country’s growing industrial and transport needs.

The agreement brings together Karwa Motors, a key vehicle manufacturer, and Mwasalat, Oman’s national transport company. By working closely, both sides plan to improve how vehicles are supplied, maintained, deployed, and supported across transport networks. This is expected to benefit public transport fleets, spare parts movement, and overall fleet readiness.

Under the agreement, the two companies will exchange technical and operational expertise and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency. Logistics support will play a major role, especially in areas such as vehicle delivery, maintenance coordination, and supply chain planning for transport operations.

Karwa Motors said the agreement fits into its wider strategy to strengthen industrial integration and build stronger links between manufacturing and transport services. For Mwasalat, the partnership supports its goal of building a more efficient, flexible, and sustainable transport system. The cooperation also aligns with Oman’s national vision to develop its automotive, logistics, and transport sectors, and to create a more connected and resilient industrial ecosystem across the country.
