MICCO Logistics, the freight forwarding arm of AD Ports Logistics Cluster, and Etihad Rail has signed the new Intermodal Services Agreement at Middle East Rail 2023. The milestone agreement is a significant development for the regional cargo and container market as it combines the advantages of trucking, rail, and sea freight into a single efficient and sustainable multimodal network. The announcement builds on the success of the recently signed Aggregate Transportation Services Agreement between the two parties and will utilize Etihad Rail’s terminals at Fujairah and ICAD—Musaffah and MICCO’s advanced transportation fleet.
