7X, the UAE-based trade, transport, and logistics group, has partnered with Zelostech to launch AutoLogiX Smarttech LLC, a JV deploying Level 4 autonomous vehicles for cargo transport across the country. The initiative aims to create an integrated logistics ecosystem, moving goods between hubs faster, safer, and more sustainably. In its first phase, AutoLogiX will support EMX, 7X’s logistics arm, using driverless vans and trucks designed for seamless cargo movement. The venture will eventually expand to the GCC and wider Middle East, integrating last-mile delivery solutions, mobile smart lockers, and connections with air freight networks to enhance on-time performance and reduce emissions per parcel. The partnership signals a shift from conventional transport to smart, automated logistics, leveraging technology to improve efficiency while lowering environmental impact. Zelostech’s proven autonomous vehicle expertise, with over 50 million km safely operated, provides a strong backbone for the venture’s ambitious plans. 7X and EMX expect the collaboration to streamline middle-mile operations, accelerate delivery processes, and reinforce the UAE’s standing as a hub for innovation in trade and logistics. AutoLogiX represents a major step toward digitally transformed, sustainable supply chains, showcasing how automation and smart transport can reshape regional and global logistics networks.
