With CargoTalk as media partner, the 25th Airport Show will take place in Dubai from 12–14 May 2026. The event will bring together 140 exhibitors from 20 countries, showcasing new technologies and innovative solutions for airports.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Chairman of Dubai Airports, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, and Patron of the Airport Show said: “The landmark B2B platform in Dubai, the global centre of connectivity, highlights the emerging technologies, cultivates strategic partnerships, supports national and regional priorities, and enables meaningful dialogues between regulators, operators, and solution providers.”

Dubai continues to lead as a global aviation hub, with the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions set to see US$240 billion in airport investments by 2035. These projects include upgrades to existing facilities and new airport construction. By 2043, the MEASA region is expected to handle 530 million passengers, highlighting the need for smarter, safer, and more sustainable airports.

The Airport Show will host co-located conferences such as the Global Airport Leaders’ Forum and Women in Aviation Middle East Conference, providing a platform for knowledge sharing and networking. Topics include digital transformation, renewable energy, circular use of materials, and zero-waste operations.

Major expansions in Dubai, Riyadh, and Sharjah aim to boost passenger capacity and improve airport services. Airlines, regulators, and solution providers are focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and enhanced traveller experience, making the event a key moment for the airport industry in the fast-growing MEASA region.
