Predictive Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) models are vital in air freight logistics to streamline the processes and improve decision-making. Martin Schulze, CEO of Bluebox Systems, in an interview, said. “Being able to provide reliable predictions for the end-to-end supply chain is crucial. More data and information help streamline operations by enabling proactive communication with customers about delays or disruptions. Beyond real-time tracking, the Predictive ETA models provide historical reports, allowing forwarders to evaluate past shipments, assess the performance of specific trade lanes and carriers, and identify areas for improvement in future operations,” Schulze added.
