Qatar Airways Cargo (QAC) has launched a new feature on its website—‘My Allotments’. QAC claims this new feature will set new benchmarks in cargo booking efficiency and intuitiveness. “We are proud to set a new standard in the cargo industry, focusing on the requirements and feedback of our customers to continuously improve their cargo booking experience,” Mark Drusch, Chief Officer Cargo, QAC, said. Through new feature, the customers will be able to experience a personalised allotment view and instant confirmation of their cargo booking. The feature would also enable the customers to directly book allotments through the Digital Lounge platform that will streamline the cargo booking process. “The new feature in our Digital Lounge booking portal is a proof of QAC’s commitment to leading the industry in technology, innovation and customer-centricity. This platform streamlines the booking process for our clients but and embodies our dedication and drive towards digitalisation and providing real-time solutions that enhance efficiency and planning,” he added.
