Riyadh Cargo has appointed new General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) partners in Egypt, India, and the UAE as part of its international network expansion. The move adds to its existing presence across Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, and Bangladesh, strengthening its global reach.

GSSA partners help airlines manage cargo sales, bookings, and customer service in different markets. By appointing local partners, Riyadh Cargo can improve access to these markets without setting up full operations. This helps the airline increase cargo volumes and connect more trade routes.

For the industry, such partnerships make cargo movement smoother and more efficient. Local agents understand market demand, pricing, and customer needs better. This can lead to faster bookings, better space utilisation, and improved service for exporters and importers. It also supports small and medium businesses by giving them easier access to international air cargo services.

The expansion also supports wider efforts to improve connectivity between Asia, the Middle East, and other regions. Strengthening cargo networks plays a key role in facilitating trade flows and reducing transit times.
