ROSHN Group and Agility Logistics Parks (ALP) have agreed to form a joint venture for a large-scale logistics park in Saudi Arabia. The project will cover 1–1.5 million square meters in a strategic location along key national logistics corridors, aiming to strengthen supply chains, trade efficiency, and food logistics in the region. The park is expected to connect local and international businesses, supporting industrial growth and enhancing the Kingdom’s role as a global trade gateway.
Sabah Barakat, AGCEO of ROSHN Group, said the collaboration “supports economic diversification and long-term value creation by developing strategic, integrated assets that connect public and private sector capabilities.”
The joint venture combines ROSHN Group’s expertise in real estate and infrastructure with Agility’s global experience in industrial logistics. The partnership is designed to attract foreign investment and deliver world-class logistics infrastructure capable of handling complex supply chains, including cold chain and food distribution networks.
The logistics park will serve as a hub for efficient movement of goods, including food and other essential commodities, boosting supply chain resilience and enabling faster, more reliable access to domestic and regional markets.
