SAL joins elm to drive digital change in logistics

SAL Logistics Services has signed an agreement with Elm to accelerate digital transformation across its operations, said Mohammed Al-Omair, CEO, Elm. The partnership will introduce an integrated digital platform aimed at improving efficiency, transparency and customer experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector. The new ecosystem will digitise core processes such as shipment scheduling, payment management, delivery notifications and appointment booking. This is expected to streamline workflows, reduce processing times and enhance supply chain visibility.
