Saudi Arabia, Indonesia reach energy supply chain deals

Saudi Arabia and Indonesia have signed agreements worth around US$ 27 billion, focusing on enhancing energy supply chains and sustainability. The deals were signed during Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto’s visit to Riyadh. Both nations agreed to improve the resilience and sustainability of their energy supply chains. The initial agreement between the Kingdom’s ACWA Power and Indonesias was Danantara and Pertamina to explore renewable energy projects worth up to US$ 10 billion. The two nations aim to build a stable framework for energy trade and logistics, as bilateral trade reached US$31.5 billion over the past five years.
