Dammam’s warehouse market continues to grow rapidly, supported by Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 strategy. Headline rental rates increased by 10.8% year-on-year in the second half of 2025, driven by industrial diversification and major projects such as the King Salman Energy Park. Occupancy levels for prime assets remain high, reaching the upper 90 per cent range. Transaction volumes also rose by 60 per cent in 2025, reflecting strong demand, particularly in areas close to ports and SEZs.
