Scan Global Logistics (SGL) has inked a partnership with Saudia Cargo during Air Cargo Europe in Munich, gaining fast-lane access to the carrier’s global network, a press release stated. The collaboration gives the Danish freight forwarder a solid edge in securing priority capacity and optimised routing options across high-demand sectors. This move reinforces SGL’s growing global footprint, allowing the company to offer faster, integrated solutions across key lanes. The deal is expected to streamline operations for time-sensitive cargo, particularly in pharma, aerospace, and retail logistics. For Saudia Cargo, the agreement supports its long-term strategy to scale innovation and connectivity by aligning with agile partners. The airline, which saw a 27 per cent cargo volume jump in 2024, is pushing for smarter logistics and customer-focused operations, making this alliance a win-win on both ends.
