SolitAir opens 24/7 warehouse operations at DWC

SolitAir has made its warehouse facility at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai operational 24/7 and designed it to handle a mix of cargo types, including cold chain goods, dangerous goods and high-value shipments. The facility now also offers round-the-clock cargo acceptance and delivery with support services in place.

The move is expected to reduce waiting time for cargo and improve speed in air freight processing. It allows shipments to be handled outside fixed working hours, which is important for urgent and time-sensitive goods moving through Dubai World Central.

The 24/7 system also ensures faster movement of cargo through the airport by reducing delays linked to operating hours and improving access for freight forwarders. On the outset, this expansion strengthens cargo flow through the airport and improves efficiency for businesses using the air cargo network.
