Swisslog launches AgileStore 4-way shuttle solution

Swisslog has expanded its pallet ASRS portfolio with AgileStore, a next-generation 4-way roaming pallet shuttle designed to boost storage density, flexibility, and automation. The system complements existing solutions including PowerStore and Vectura, enabling multidirectional pallet movement across aisles and levels for improved efficiency and space utilization.

“Warehouses today need automation systems that go beyond traditional shuttle limitations,” said Alexander Leitner. “The roaming pallet shuttle moves across aisles and levels, enabling efficient pallet handling, and scalable performance as storage needs evolve.”

Developed in partnership with Eurofork, AgileStore supports loads up to 1,500 kg and operates in ambient and cold storage environments down to -30°C.

Integrated with Swisslog’s SynQ software, the system enhances real-time control, inventory accuracy, and scalable warehouse operations.
