Swisslog has unveiled new warehouse automation developments spanning pallet ASRS, warehouse software, goods-to-person systems, and to its SynQ warehouse management platform, as demand grows for scalable and resilient intralogistics operations. The updates are part of the company’s ‘Ready for the Next’ strategy, aimed at helping operators manage higher volumes, tighter delivery timelines, and increasing operational complexity. The most notable development is the introduction of the AgileStore roaming shuttle, which expands Swisslog’s pallet automation portfolio. Developed in partnership with Eurofork, the four-way shuttle is capable of horizontal and vertical movement, enabling better workload distribution, greater system flexibility, and improved operational reliability. Swisslog stated the solution has been designed to support a range of warehouse sizes and throughput requirements.

Alongside hardware advancements, Swisslog is strengthening its SynQ warehouse management software, focusing on faster system deployment and improved operational visibility. The platform uses standardised workflows and pre-configured templates to reduce implementation time while allowing customers to scale as business needs evolve. The company is also enhancing its end-to-end SAP EWM offering to support long-term performance and system stability.

In addition, Swisslog is advancing cube goods-to-person automation, highlighting high-throughput AutoStore solutions designed to increase picking speeds while maximising storage density in space-constrained warehouse environments.
