The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) is introducing two new initiatives this quarter to support learning and nurture future leaders in the air cargo industry. The programs, the TIACA Reading Room and Future Thinkers, will be available on TIACA’s website.

The Reading Room will be a digital library featuring books and publications from industry experts, academics, and researchers. It will include summaries, author profiles, and links to access each work. The goal is to make knowledge about air cargo, logistics, digitization, and sustainability easy to find and share. Authors can submit their works, helping create a growing resource for professionals worldwide.

Future Thinkers focuses on graduate and postgraduate research, giving visibility to emerging talent. Students and recent graduates can showcase their studies on aviation, air cargo, sustainability, and logistics. Industry professionals can explore new ideas, trends, and connect with authors for collaboration.

TIACA Chair Roos Bakker said, “The Reading Room celebrates decades of expertise, while Future Thinkers brings fresh perspectives that will shape the industry’s future.” Director General Glyn Hughes added, “These initiatives bridge generations, ensuring knowledge and innovation continue to drive air cargo forward.” Both platforms launch in the second quarter and will expand as contributions grow.
