Abu Dhabi Aviation Group of Companies and Egypt’s Ministry of Civil Aviation have signed five pacts to boost cooperation in civil aviation, including air cargo, across the Middle East, said Mahmood AlHay AlHameli, Group CEO, ADA Group. The pacts were inked during a high-level visit by an Egyptian delegation, led by Minister of Civil Aviation His Excellency Dr. Sameh El Hefny. The agreements establish partnerships between ADA entities — Royal Jet, Etihad Airways Engineering, Maximus Air, and Global Aerospace Logistics — and key Egyptian aviation players such as EgyptAir Cargo, EgyptAir Maintenance & Engineering, and EgyptAir Academy. The agreements “set the stage for meaningful collaboration, mutual growth, and long-term impact” in regional aviation, said His Excellency Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director-General, UAE General Civil Aviation Authority.
