The UAE has held an Industrial Resilience and Supply Chain Continuity Forum in Abu Dhabi to strengthen industrial systems and improve how goods move across key sectors. The focus is on building smoother supply chains, improving coordination, and supporting long-term growth in manufacturing and logistics.

The main impact is on how industries operate more efficiently. The initiative aims to connect manufacturers, logistics providers, and financial institutions more closely so that production and distribution can move in a more coordinated way. This helps reduce delays, improve planning, and ensure a steady flow of materials and finished goods.

It also supports stronger industrial development in the country. By improving supply chain coordination and boosting production capacity, the UAE is working to create a more connected industrial ecosystem that supports faster growth and better efficiency across sectors.

The forum is also linked to preparations for “Make it in the Emirates 2026”, a major platform that promotes investment in manufacturing and advanced industries and showcases opportunities in the sector.

Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber said industry plays a central role in strengthening economic growth and building a future-ready industrial base. The initiative reflects the UAE’s continued focus on improving industrial performance, strengthening logistics coordination, and supporting smoother and more reliable supply chain operations across the economy.
