Under an agreement, Unilode will supply lightweight, durable Unit Load Devices (ULDs) across Riyadh Air’s cargo network. These ULDs will be equipped with Bluetooth-enabled tracking and integrated into Unilode’s digital reader infra. The move is designed to minimise losses, reduce mishandling, and streamline irregular operations recovery, while supporting fuel efficiency, and sustainability. Riyadh Air, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s new national carrier set to launch in 2025, has signed a long-term partnership with Unilode Aviation Solutions, said Adam Boukadida, CFO, Riyadh Air. The partnership positions Riyadh Air as a forward-looking carrier, embedding advanced cargo and operational technologies into its expansion from day one, he added.
