In a new development for the Middle East’s e-commerce and logistics sector, Urban Company has partnered with Unicommerce, India’s AI-powered e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, to strengthen its e-commerce and logistics operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

Urban Company will use Unicommerce’s Uniware platform to manage inventory and fulfilment, while maintaining real-time visibility of stock. The platform will also help route orders, supporting faster replenishment and more efficient fulfilment across the region. Uniware will serve as the central platform for managing the supply chain, improving inventory accuracy and coordinating fulfilment across locations.

The partnership is expected to create a more connected fulfilment process for Urban Company as it expands its e-commerce operations across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The move comes as digital commerce continues to grow across the region’s key markets.

Commenting on the tie-up, Kapil Makhija, Managing Director & CEO, Unicommerce, said, “As brands expand into new markets, they need technology that scales seamlessly while simplifying operational complexity. We are pleased to extend our partnership with Urban Company to Saudi Arabia and the UAE, supporting their international growth journey. Our focus is to help businesses automate complex backend operations so they can concentrate on delivering great customer experiences.”

The partnership also strengthens Unicommerce’s presence in the Middle East, where its platform integrates with regional marketplaces, logistics providers, ERP systems and payment platforms. Its regional capabilities include Arabic-compatible invoices and shipping labels, region-specific tax compliance and integrations with other ecosystem players across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
