US$30 mn net profit reported by Agility Global PLC in Q2 2024



Agility Global PLC, multi-business owner and operator, has released Q2 2024 performance of the firm with staggering earnings of $29.8 million. The EBITDA surged to 28.4% ($167.4 million), and revenue jumped 16.2% to $1.1 billion in Q2 2024 in comparison to $953.5 million in Q2 2023. The aggregate revenue in H1 2024 rose to $2087.5 million, with an increase of 11% YoY. The EBITDA and EBIT for H1 2024 grew to 31.2% and 52% respectively. The earnings for H1 2024 stood at $60.3 million. Aviation Services – Menzies, Fuel Logistics: Tristar, and Industrial Real Estate: Agility Logistics Park have collectively contributed to the rapid growth of Agility Global PLC in industrial and logistics sector in the past 2 years.

“Agility Global continues to report strong results in the second quarter of the year. Our largest owned and operated businesses, namely Menzies, Tristar and Agility Logistics Parks, reported double-digit EBITDA growth, in-line with their individual business strategies for growth,” said Agility Global Chairman Tarek Sultan. “The net value of our investments, reported through our balance sheet, remained stable despite volatility in equity markets. We continue to look at growth opportunities, with a particular focus on building strategic infrastructure and strengthening the competitiveness of the portfolio businesses.”
