Dubai’s National Industries Park (NIP) is set to get a major new logistics hub, designed to meet the growing needs of e-commerce, retail, and third-party logistics companies. The development, led by Aldar in partnership with DP World, will cover nearly 150,000 sqm and is expected to be fully operational by 2027. The logistics park will feature three large warehouses with flexible unit sizes ranging from 5,000 to 60,000 sqm. It is designed for automated systems, advanced stora
